The Krupski Family

Patient: Joseph
Age: 3
Diagnosis: Myelodysplastic Syndrome (Bone Marrow Disease)
Length of Stay: 10 months

Joseph’s hometown is Essex, Vermont, but his home is wherever his family is. So when Joseph needed to come to the Twin Cities for treatment, his family was determined to stay together. The Ronald McDonald House allowed them to do just that. Joseph’s sisters attended our on-site school, made new friends, and benefited from having both Mom and Dad close by. Joseph has the support of his entire family as he fights his health battles. And Joseph’s parents know that no matter where they are, they are right where they all need to be: together.

“Our family would never have survived this experience on our own…emotionally, financially or logistically… thank you Ronald McDonald House.”
--Joseph’s Dad
